For more than 10 years, our client was selling an exhaustive range of large range of home appliances and kitchenware by some of the reputed manufacturers in the US. But since for some time, the client noticed a sudden decline in conversion rate and web traffic. The steep decline generated a lot of financial loss through his eCommerce Store. It turned out that only 0.8% of people visiting his eCommerce website were purchasing. An average conversion rate is 3% and the percentage the analytics showed for the website was shockingly low.
